Refund Policy

1. Current Free Service

DueTonight is currently in a public beta and is **100% free** to use for all college students, educators, and study coordinators.

You will not be asked for credit card details, and there are no hidden transaction fees or trial periods for the core platform features, including room creation, assignment logging, notifications, and files storage.

2. Future Premium Add-ons

In the future, DueTonight may introduce optional premium tiers, subscriptions, or specialized add-on features (such as advanced AI task forecast, LMS automated syncs with Canvas/Blackboard, and larger cloud storage limits).

These features will be clearly marked as premium, and you will only be charged if you explicitly choose to subscribe or buy an add-on.

3. Subscription & Refund Window

When paid options are introduced, our standard policy will be:

• Refund Request Period: You can cancel your subscription and request a full refund within **14 days** of your initial transaction.
• Recurring Subscriptions: Subscriptions can be canceled at any time, which will prevent renewals at the end of the billing cycle.
• Partial Months: We do not offer prorated refunds for mid-month cancellations.

4. Cancellation & Disputes

Users will be able to manage their subscriptions, download invoices, and cancel their premium features directly from their Account Settings dashboard.

If there is an error in billing, please contact us immediately instead of raising a chargeback with your bank, so we can investigate and resolve the issue quickly.
